Our Shipping Process

Our Shipping Process (4 Steps)

A clear workflow keeps documents, packaging, transport, tracking, and handover aligned from factory release to final delivery.

STEP 01

Pre-shipment documentation

Prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, shipping order, product datasheets, UN38.3 test summary, and dangerous-goods declaration when required.

STEP 02

Professional packaging by product type

LiFePO4 batteries and portable power stations use strong cartons with EPE foam. Home energy storage products use UN-certified wooden cases, while mobile EV charging units use reinforced wooden crates.

STEP 03

Shipping mode selection

Choose FCL, LCL, rail freight, truck delivery, or a combined route based on destination, volume, delivery priority, and cost.

STEP 04

Tracking & delivery

Monitor container number, vessel or voyage information, ETA, customs clearance, and final handover until the shipment reaches its destination.

STEP 05

After-sales support

Keep product, technical, and service information available after delivery for installation guidance and ongoing support.

Shipping Modes

Select the route that fits the order.

A clear comparison helps buyers choose the right balance between volume, speed, flexibility, and cost.
